Pay attention to the type of flour – the finer the flour, the finer the dough. The tastes are also different with the pizza dough: the one likes it thin and crispy, the other rather a bit thicker in the American way. Either way, the dough should be kneaded until it is elastic and uniform. Yeast dough should be able to rest long enough.
