Memorial services for the Queen of Soul are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET on Friday, August 31.
If you don’t have cable, you can watch a live broadcast of the Aretha Franklin funeral online via several different cable channels, including Black Entertainment Television.
The cable channel is one of several that will be airing live coverage of Franklin’s funeral, which will take place at the Greater Grace Temple in Detroit.
According to the Associated Press, the funeral will be a celebration of the icon’s life, rather than a somber occasion.
Among those scheduled to speak are former President Bill Clinton and current President Donald Trump, whose invitation was met with some controversy.
The service will also feature performances from Stevie Wonder, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Shirley Caesar, and more.
