Devin Ratray, who played Kevin’s tarantula–owning brother in the 1994 holiday movie Home Alone, has been arrested for allegedly strangling his girlfriend.
The 44–year–old actor was taken into custody Monday night after allegedly attacking his girlfriend at a Florida hotel, TMZ reports.
Ratray allegedly started arguing with his girlfriend after she asked him to move out. He then allegedly pinned her down and started strangling her, according to an arrest report. He was released from Palm Beach County jail Tuesday morning after posting a $10,000 bond.
Ratray’s best known role was as Peter Saivod’s brother, Harry, in The Shawshank Redemption. He also appeared in films like Don’t Say a Word and The Patriot.
He has also been arrested before for allegedly beating his girlfriend in 2017. He faces a domestic battery charge.
