It is with the deepest sorrow that I announce the passing of my mother, Donda West.
Kanye West’s mother was named Donda. She had a pre-existing heart condition and she died suddenly of it at the age of 58 on November 10, 2007.
Kanye’s mother Donda was a fearless woman who had an incredible insight into our culture.
