Sarah, Rafe and Wheezie’s birth mother is Rose. Caroline Arapoglou will reprise her role as Rose Cameron in ‘Outer Banks’ Season 2. Most Outer Banks fans are convinced that Rose is Sarah, Rafe and Wheezie’s birth mother because she has been indifferent to all of them throughout the show.
We don’t know what happened to Sarah and Rafe’s mother, but now we know what happened to Rose Cameron.
