Just over three months after taking a break from all forms of social media following a rape scandal, YouTuber David Dobrik has posted a new video.
The video, titled “I’m Back,” was uploaded to YouTube Sunday and, as of this writing, has over 2.5 million views.
In the video, Dobrik claps back at fans who accused him of rape and takes a shot at the media for “botching” the story.
He also thanks viewers for their support. “I appreciate you all so much. Thank you for sticking by me,” he says. In the video, he also plugs his upcoming trip to Europe and teases new content on his YouTube channel.
The video is the first in which Dobrik addresses his few months away from social media.
Earlier this year, a woman accused Dobrik of drugging and sexually assaulting her after a night out together.
He immediately took a break from all forms of social media and was unavailble for comment.
